Warranty Claims
The ‘life’ of any racket will depend on the playing standard and style of each user. Harrow reserve the right to accept, under warranty, only those rackets considered damaged arising from normal conditions of play for a period of one year from date of purchase. We will replace (at the company’s discretion), any frame found to be defective with proof of purchase within the warranty period. This policy does not apply to any defect caused by negligence, abuse or misuse of the product.

Returns
If you wish to cancel your order:
- You can notify us by email to admin@harrowrackets.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you.
- If goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2a. below;
2a. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason (subject to clause 2b below) if we are informed within 14 days of receipt – and the goods are received by us within 14 days of informing us – for a full refund or exchange. The goods MUST be returned in the same condition as they arrived with you, complete with all original packaging and with no evidence of use.
2b. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 2a. will not apply in the event that the product has been used or to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
Where you are returning an item (whether a single item or a larger order) the customer is responsible for the return carriage. You must return the item(s) in a suitable delivery method with signature on delivery to us. Please print and complete our returns form, which is available to download below, and include it in your return parcel.
Always retain a proof of postage, in case the parcel is lost or damaged during its return. If you return your parcel and do not retain proof of postage, or use a form of delivery which is not guaranteed, then Harrow Rackets UK cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods.
Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt, and the money transferred using the same method as used in the original transaction.
