Ordering

Ordering from us really couldn’t be easier. Go to the RACKETS page of the website to place your order.

Payment is processed through Stripe, our secure online service and can be made with a credit or debit card.

You can also contact us directly via email or by phone if you wish to discuss your requirements first. Visit our CONTACT page to get in touch. We are always happy to help.

Restrings

We can restring any of our rackets if desired to suit a players specific requirements. Please contact us to discuss the string, tension and price options for this service by emailing admin@harrowrackets.co.uk

Delivery

We offer several delivery options. Delivery prices can be calculated for all orders once items have been placed in the basket. Any additional delivery instructions (e.g. ‘leave parcel with neighbour’’) can be added in the order comments section.

We can deliver to your home or work address depending on your requirements. Please make sure you have provided us with the correct ‘Shipping’ address if it is different to the ‘Billing’ address.

Please include all relevant details: Name of recipient / Company name, House Number, Street, Town, County, Country and Postcode (and preferably a daytime contact number).



UK mainland standard delivery

Please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for delivery. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will normally be dispatched on Monday.

Orders under £100 – £5 Standard UK Mainland Delivery

Orders over £100 – Upgraded to Free Express UK Mainland Delivery

This discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Please Note:

Strings will be normally be sent via Royal Mail second class signed for.
Rackets & bags will usually be despatched via our courier and will require a signature on delivery.



UK mainland express delivery

Two working day delivery window is available for UK mainland orders. Orders placed on a Friday-Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders under £100 – £7 Express Mainland Delivery (excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & island, Jersey and Guernsey deliveries)

Orders over £100 – Free Express UK Mainland Delivery

Please note:

Express delivery will not be available for a restring upgrade, or for items which are out of stock when the order is placed.



International delivery

For International orders/deliveries, please contact sales@harrowrackets.co.uk to discuss your requirements. Orders for international deliveries cannot be taken via th eonline shop currently.
